Purpose and Scope<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"362\" data-end=\"662\">This Personal Data Protection Policy (&#8220;Policy&#8221;) has been prepared by Barva International Trade (&#8220;Company&#8221;) to determine the procedures and principles regarding the processing, storage, protection and deletion of personal data in accordance with the <strong data-start=\"479\" data-end=\"517\">Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data<\/strong> (&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/barva.com.tr\" rel=\"noopener\">KVKK<\/a>&#8220;).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"831\">The Policy covers personal data belonging to customers, potential customers, business partners, suppliers, visitors and other third parties who have a relationship with the Company.<\/p>\n\n<hr data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"836\" \/>\n\n<h2 data-start=\"838\" data-end=\"882\"><strong data-start=\"841\" data-end=\"882\">2. Principles of Personal Data Processing<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"884\" data-end=\"998\">Barva International Trade processes personal data in accordance with the following principles set out in Article 4 of the KVKK:<\/p>\n\n<ul data-start=\"1000\" data-end=\"1280\">\n  <li data-start=\"1000\" data-end=\"1044\">\n<p data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1044\">Compliance with law and good faith<\/p>\n<\/li>\n  <li data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1082\">\n<p data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1082\">Being accurate and up-to-date when necessary<\/p>\n<\/li>\n  <li data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1127\">\n<p data-start=\"1085\" data-end=\"1127\">Being processed for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n  <li data-start=\"1128\" data-end=\"1186\">\n<p data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1186\">Being relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n  <li data-start=\"1187\" data-end=\"1280\">\n<p data-start=\"1189\" data-end=\"1280\">Being retained for the period stipulated by the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1285\" \/>\n\n<h2 data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1331\"><strong data-start=\"1290\" data-end=\"1331\">3. Types of Personal Data Processed<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1771\" data-end=\"1834\">Types of personal data that may be processed by the Company are as follows:<\/p>\n\n<ul data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"2065\">\n  <li data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"1870\">\n<p data-start=\"1838\" data-end=\"1870\">Identity information (name, surname, etc.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n  <li data-start=\"1871\" data-end=\"1921\">\n<p data-start=\"1873\" data-end=\"1921\">Contact information (phone, email, address, etc.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n  <li data-start=\"1922\" data-end=\"1949\">\n<p data-start=\"1924\" data-end=\"1949\">Transaction security information<\/p>\n<\/li>\n  <li data-start=\"1950\" data-end=\"1976\">\n<p data-start=\"1952\" data-end=\"1976\">Request and transaction information<\/p>\n<\/li>\n  <li data-start=\"1977\" data-end=\"2009\">\n<p data-start=\"1979\" data-end=\"2009\">Legal transaction and compliance information<\/p>\n<\/li>\n  <li data-start=\"2010\" data-end=\"2065\">\n<p data-start=\"2012\" data-end=\"2065\">Digital environment data (IP address, log records, etc.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr data-start=\"2067\" data-end=\"2070\" \/>\n\n<h2 data-start=\"2072\" data-end=\"2111\"><strong data-start=\"2075\" data-end=\"2111\">5. Transfer of Personal Data<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2113\" data-end=\"2221\">Personal data may be transferred, in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and by taking necessary security measures, to:<\/p>\n\n<ul data-start=\"2223\" data-end=\"2337\">\n  <li data-start=\"2223\" data-end=\"2262\">\n<p data-start=\"2225\" data-end=\"2262\">Authorized public institutions and organizations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n  <li data-start=\"2263\" data-end=\"2294\">\n<p data-start=\"2265\" data-end=\"2294\">Legal and financial consultants<\/p>\n<\/li>\n  <li data-start=\"2295\" data-end=\"2337\">\n<p data-start=\"2297\" data-end=\"2337\">Business partners and service providers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2339\" data-end=\"2353\">.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2355\" data-end=\"2440\">Data transfers abroad are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation.<\/p>\n\n<hr data-start=\"2442\" data-end=\"2445\" \/>\n\n<h2 data-start=\"2447\" data-end=\"2498\"><strong data-start=\"2450\" data-end=\"2498\">6. Retention and Security of Personal Data<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2500\" data-end=\"2634\">Barva International Trade takes the necessary <strong data-start=\"2583\" data-end=\"2613\">technical and administrative measures<\/strong> to ensure the security of personal data.<br data-start=\"2619\" data-end=\"2622\" \/>Within this scope:<\/p>\n\n<ul data-start=\"2636\" data-end=\"2733\">\n  <li data-start=\"2636\" data-end=\"2667\">\n<p data-start=\"2638\" data-end=\"2667\">Prevention of unauthorized access<\/p>\n<\/li>\n  <li data-start=\"2668\" data-end=\"2698\">\n<p data-start=\"2670\" data-end=\"2698\">Prevention of data loss<\/p>\n<\/li>\n  <li data-start=\"2699\" data-end=\"2733\">\n<p data-start=\"2701\" data-end=\"2733\">Ensuring system security<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2735\" data-end=\"2746\">is targeted.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2748\" data-end=\"2894\">Personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized when the purpose of processing ceases to exist or the legal retention period expires.<\/p>\n\n<hr data-start=\"2896\" data-end=\"2899\" \/>\n\n<h2 data-start=\"2901\" data-end=\"2933\"><strong data-start=\"2904\" data-end=\"2933\">7.
